Got a kit and plan to bulk age a bit longer than the directions specify. Should I do this before stabilizing or after?

It says to add metabisulphites for aging over 6 months. Can I use Camden tablets? Not sure I know the difference between metabisulphites and potassium metabisulphites.

Should I add more Camden tablets before bottling?
Yes, if it's been a while since you added the last ones. Sulfites dissipate with some time.
