Ok I need Ideas,
I made a very nice pale ale, followed BeerSmith and kegged after 2 weeks. one of the few times I followed directions. ya bad me.
now that it is carbonated and in kegs hooked up to my taps, yummy but Butterscotch is present in the aroma and on the tongue. I know why it happens, and will not repeat it.
BUT how to fix it, can I add a small amount of yeast (from a different Pale Ale i have fermenting atm) to suck it up? do i bring it back up to 65deg? how long do i let it sit?
what option do i have to fix it?
my wife really likes it the way it is, but i have to fix it.
Thanks
