its only been in the bottle for a week today. I had one last night so I could compare it to the finished product in mid October. (learning experience)
it was pretty darn good!! Good solid head, not overcarbbed. Medium body with a nice hop finish. It's floc'ed out well and I know it will only get better with age.

but my pregnant SWMBO has dictated that I have to wait till this one is mostly consumed before..........oh well. a Nut Brown is next.
