I've been creeping into the 'Hophead' territory lately....just had a Stone IPA and it was freakin awesome...so good

I was thinking of brewing a porter next but F that....it's 10gallons of IPA baby :rockin:

EDIT: this is a minor PUI

can't resist seconding the Professor; dry hopping with cascade is what heaven MUST smell like. Perfect finish for an IPA.

I recommend dryhopping with both varieties...:rockin:

See MrMalty.com for the late hop addition/whirlpooling article. It'll really help with aroma!

I was going to use EdWort's Stone IPA clone

Cool, I'll check out the MrMalty site...thanks

oh yeah, I forgot he had one...and I just had my first Stone IPA last night!!!!!!

hells yes! I went and did a short visit to my brother and his wife, and their cool little beer/wine shop had it, so I bought a bunch, I love that IPA!

That is one of my favorite IPA's. Great hop aroma and flavor. I will second a vote to dry hop with both hops. It cannot hurt.
