Also today I started a batch of Edworts Apflewein. We'll see how that goes.

Right now I'm **** faced off of Ed's apfelwein.

This is like the.. I dunno, third or fourth night in a row. I'm eternally indebted to that man.

Avoid the temptation to modify it (unless you sub Brown sugar...) until you've had it the first time. I thought cinnamon would go well with it in the beginning, but now I'm wondering if peach wouldn't better.

Just give it some time... You'll experience the joy soon enough. BTW... Have you started a new batch?

My girlfriend is a big cider drinking, and I'm real keen to try this recipe cause I think she'll love it.

Gotta get her to go halves on the ingredients haha.

Haha, she's a big cider drinker over a long period of time, ie days, I'm a big cider drinker over a short period of time, ie hours, therefore I'll be the only one whinging in the morning haha.
