I'm looking at upgrading from my 10 gal cooler to a bigger mash tun.
I am also at the same time planning to building a single tier structure and want to make sure I have enough room for my 3 pots.
(I might add I do use a RIMS, usually make 5 gallon batches, some 10, but most of my beers are @ 15# to 23# of grain)
I am looking at the Blichmann 15 gal pot for my tun, using their slotted button louver screen, and as money permits buy another one for my kettle.
Has anyone used this and what do you think of it.
