Funky Buddha Lounge (On US1 in Boca, not the big brewery in Ft Lauderdale) is a cool little nano that has some good beers. They had a lychee Berliner last time I was there that was really good.
Tap 42 Boca (haven't been there, too fancy lookin')
Barrel of Monks (brewery)
Biergarten south of Mizner park has a pretty good selection and has a good happy hour (Dollar brat Mondays!).
M.E.A.T. tap room is supposed to be good.
Saltwater Brewery off Atlantic and 95 is OK.
Devour is a cool little nano in Delray / Boynton. It's sole employees are husband and wife.
Due South and Copper Point in Boynton are good breweries and walking distance from each other. Copper point is really good.
