Have never used RO water to brew with.
I just picked some up from the grocery store RO machine tonight.
I tasted it when I got home and it has no flavor and really bland.
Which is what you would expect from RO water I guess.
Do you guys have any recommendations for what I should add to it when brewing?
Gypsum, salts etc.
Any recommendations for darker beers. And would I want to use different additions to the water for lighter beers.
Thanks

I'm finding that in most cases, "less is more" is really true! Check out the basic water chemistry primer from our science forum, written by AJ Delange: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f128/brewing-water-chemistry-primer-198460/

I use RO water, but I did get a report on my tap water, so I usually use a mix of tap water and RO water to get a my water profile. However, RO water makes a great base to start with!

Check out the brewing science forum for their water primer. Excellent resource.

Edit: Yooper beat me to it!
