My 1st all grain recipe input plz

so i am changing BIHEAD's recipe a bit to make it my own
i need some input though
8lb Pale Malt (2 Row)
8oz oats
12.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt
9oz Roasted Barley
11 oz Chocolate Malt
1oz Goldings/northern brewer/fuggle/?
.75oz some kind of hops
1.00 lb Lactose (Milk Sugar)
5.00 oz cacoa nibs
wyeast 1056 1028 1084


im a noob ant this is my 1st all grain please give me input on what to change and what hos to use and when
 
How Stout do you like your stout? That is a LOT of chocolate malt. I think it will overwhelm everything else. I would cut it back to like 4oz.

I think your solid right where you are other than the chocolate malt, i would lower that to 8oz. and i would use Crystal 60 and Fuggle and Goldings hops and 1056 yeast.
 
^ so if i drop the chocolate do i need to add more of any thing else. ? and how much of each hop and when ?
 
so i ended up with 1oz of fuggle (plug) and 1oz of willamette (whole) what would you add and when ? and the dude the brew shop said he'd just throw in the whole # of oats. any suggestions ?
