I just got my kits yesterday from morebeer.com, they sent me the plastic conatiners of LME do I need to refrigerate these or are they ok for a week at 70-75F? I ask because I was reading through the forums and found a thread talking about not using old cans of LME due to the risk of botulism or something, so yeah how do these need to be stored?
