I made my first lager, a Yuengling clone. It has been lagering for about 6 weeks at 36-38*. I can not keg it, as I have no available kegs right now.
I want to start another lager, so is there any harm in removing the Yuengling from the freezer and leaving it at room temperature for a couple of weeks before I keg?
I can't start my new lager until I free up the freezer.
