I picked through the recipes and suggestions for a Bell's Two Hearted Ale, all in an AG format. Would someone be able to provide some guidance converting this to a mini-mash recipe?
Thanks in advance!

Bell’s Two Hearted IPA
Ingredients:
10 lbs Maris Otter Malt
2 lbs Vienna Malt
1/2 lb Crystal Malt (20L)

Hop Schedule:
1.5 oz centennial 60 min
0.5 oz centennial 30 min
0.75 oz cascade 10 min
0.25 oz cascade at flameout
dry hop .75 oz centennial and 1.00 oz cascade for 9 days.

WLP051 (California V Ale).

Thanks RC! What LME would be used in place of the Maris? Crystal is a specialty grain, and could be used in my grain bag during the mash, along with the Vienna, correct?
My LHBS stocks Amber, Dark, Extra Pale, Munich and Wheat LME....Would any of these be a decent replacement for the Maris?

I brewed an IPA that tasted pretty much spot on for 2 hearted.

This is the recipe I used:
6lbs Extra Light DME
2lbs Vienna
1lb Crystal 20

1 oz galena @ 60
1 oz centennial @ 20
1 oz centennial @ 10
1 oz centennial @ 0
1 oz cascade @ dry hop
1 oz centennial @ dry hop
Wyeast American Ale II (1272)

OK, this is what I am going to run with:

Ingredients:
7.5 lbs Extra Pale LME
2 lbs Vienna Malt
1/2 lb Crystal Malt (20L)

Hop Schedule:
1.5 oz centennial 60 min
0.5 oz centennial 30 min
0.75 oz cascade 10 min
0.25 oz cascade at flameout
dry hop .75 oz centennial and 1.00 oz cascade for 9 days.
WLP051 (California V Ale).

Any add'l feedback is appreciated.

i might up the crystal to a full pound. To me 2 hearted has a very noticeable sweet caramel/crystal flavor to it. I used a full pound in mine and i thought it was extremely close to 2 hearted.
