Can you age big beers such as barley wines and other high adv's at refrigerator temps? Is time all that is needed when aging? Will get the same out of 6 months at 40 degrees as the normal wine/beer cellar temps of 55-60 degress?
 
im not sure about the difference with ales... the couple big big ale's I have done all aged perfectly fine at 70-80°F
