Is it possible to make a sparkling wine with a keg?
I'd like to make some sparkling raspberry wine and the ONLY xmas gift I'm asking for is a keg.
Thanks,
Scott

Sure, pressurize your keg with CO2 and you are good to go.

Sure! But remember that you need more than just a keg. You need a co2 tank, regulator, dispensing gear, etc. It's also nice if sparkling wine is cold, so normally you'd keep it in a fridge.
