Anyone know someome looking to open a Craft Beer Bar?

A bar/restaurant just got seized by my house and a craft beer bar should definitely move in...the address of the restaurant is 301 Columbus Ave in Valhalla, NY...just throwing the info out there...it's a pretty nice place with a lot of room an an outdoor patio...beer garden? There might be enough room in the basement for a brewer to make magic...brewpub? The restaurant used to be called Nina Maria's...good luck
