Marris Otter, Honey Malt, Roasted Malt, Crystal 70L, Cascade, Citra, and Centennial. What would you do with these ingredients? Post your recipe ideas.

Sounds like a thick hoppy brown ale to me.

12lbs MO
.5lbs honey malt
4oz roasted barley
.5lbs Crystal 70

1oz Centennial 60 mins
1oz each of the Citra and the Cascade at 15 mins
Then 1 oz of all three at flame-out.

Pitch 2 packets of S-04 and let it go to town!

I like that idea.

I like statseeker's recipe, except I the last hop addition I would only use 1 ounce total. That would let the honey malt come through a little more.

Thanks for the replies! I like where you're going, stateseeker. I'm thinking of keeping it a little lighter though. So I may save the roasted malt for a porter/stout or maybe an imperial IPA down the road. Otherwise I like the way you think ;)
