Cost aside which is better Brass or Platic valves and fittings for a Mash tun out of a cooler?
Plastic or Brass fittings?

heh, who dosn't like having brass ball(valve)s!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! ROFLMAO!!!
LOL!! I have a cheap plastic valve that was quickly replaced with brass. I'd assume everyone would suggest stainless but it's kinda pricy. On a cooler mashtun I'd go brass. You can pick it up by the fitting and not worry if it's going to break. Lets face it yer cooler would probly break before the brass would!
