Pitched last night and was amazed that it was already doing this, especially with that much head space in there, thats 10 gallons in a 13.5 gallon demijohn haha.

Think i put too much cinnamon in this batch so i made some more today as backup :)

Not trying to one up you here for bragging rights but... that looks like a normal ferment after its taken off. I try to record bubbles per minute in my brewers log and my last batch was so fast you didn't know where to count. At one point I counted 220 bubbles in a 60 second interval.

I do like the container you've got there. Where did you get it?

I've seen some crazy ones on YouTube, this is just the fastest I've had, it is now twice as fast and the cider has completely changed color.

The demijohn I got from a wine maker who was upgrading to steel, got 8 of those for a hundred bucks! :)

Need a better stand for them however, this one is supposed to be rated for 400lbs per shelf but the shelf is sagging and the last thing I want is 10 gallons of cider all over the floor haha
