How did this come out?

It just won silver at the Best Florida Beer Championships...under the Specialty category. Most people in my brew club who have tried Tocabaga said it was very close, but a little sweeter. I made version 2 this weekend and mashed at a slightly lower temp to see if that makes a difference.

I'm curious on how the 7 different type of hops work. Looking for a lighter more accessible Amber Red.

This is not a light red as far as ABV, but I feel it is flavorful & hoppy without being too bitter. If you enjoy the real Tocobaga Red, you should enjoy this one.
