i would like to dryhop my 2.5g batch of barleywine, but i always have leaf hops soak up way too much wort
so i put an ounce and a half of leaf hops into a mason jar with some vodka to make my own extract
how long should i keep them in there? should i follow normal dryhop practice (putting them in about a week before bottling)?
