Hey guys. Washed my yeast for the first time tonight. I thought I would be able to do it in a brown growler and be able to see the layers, so I'd know what to decant but I really can't see them that well. I probably should have used a clear growler but I don't have one. My LHBS isn't open until Tuesday. If I stick the yeast/few pints of boiled water thats in the brown growler in the fridge until then, should it be fine?

Should be fine and easier to decant, just like a starter. There is a step by step yeast washing post here that looks great, but I haven't tried it myself. It's on my to do list.
