I have had a kiwi wine going for about 5 months now. when I started it, it was a lime green color. As time has passed it took on a red color. I racked it yesterday and topped it off, and afterwards it went back to it's original green color. I threw in 2 more campden tablets to to make to hopefully stop anything odd from growing in it. The wine itself tasted normal though when I was racking it. Does this seem normal or do I have some wild yeast growing in there? If so is this batch ruined? Thanks.
