This is the life

Sitting on the deck, 66* out drinking homebrew and smoking a cigar. Yeasties are multiplying on the stir plate in anticipation for the oktoberfest im brewing on friday...this is the life...

Sounds great, except for the cigar. Can't do the smoke. Did cigs for 25 years, quit cold, never touch again. Do miss them tho, so I get where you're coming from!

I love homebrew, and used to have a deeper love for cigars a year or so ago... until homebrewing came along, but for the life of me, fine aged Nicaraguan tobacco and beer just don't mix for me. I wish I could get them to pair up, but I have yet to find something that really works. Swill works to moisten the mouth a bit, but it never really does anything for the pairing.

But yes, that is the life, enjoy.
