Turns out I have less time to brew tonight before going to meet up with family. Just sparged and brought wort to 180. I WAY overshot my volume so will need a pretty long boil to bring volume down.

Should I:

A: Boil now till I have to leave, resume when I get back
B: Leave it alone till I get home and do the full boil when I return.
C: Do my boil tomorrow morning - family meetup isn't historically till 1

Obviously hop additions will all be done at my return - I'm probably looking at a 2-3 hour boil. Gotta find a fan to cut that time down a bit...

Any DMS that forms will get knocked out in the boil, right?
