IBU's

Could somebody help me figure out my IBUs on this IPA i made this weekend?
The book i have just confuses me on how to figure it out.

2.75 Grains(Dont have the specified list in front of me)
7 LBS. Pale Extract
1 1/2 Oz. Perle (8.2%) 60 min
1 Oz.Northern Brewer (5.7%)60 min
1/4 Oz. Cascade (5.4%) 45 min
3/4 Oz. Cascade (5.4%) 30 Min
1/2 Oz. Cascade (5.4%) 15 Min
Wyeast London ESB Ale

Also is there a link somewhere here where i can figure it out on my own in the future?Thanx in advance.Tony.

We need to see your fementables in order to calculate the ibu///post the whole recipe... or figure it out yourself using software...
