Your creations always remind me of what a sinkhole I live in when it comes to food. I couldn't make something like that without a 1.5 hour drive. And I'm not certain I could get half of the ingredients, even then. There isn't a butcher shop around here nor do the grocery stores have anything other than pre-packaged meats. I can't plant anything that is remotely edible to deer & elk, either.

Oh, well. Sausages & beer hasn't killed me yet.

wow....what's your dough recipe?

Medium white flour, pinch of salt.
Yeast, warm water, pinch of sugar, leave till frothy then mix with floor and add a little more water.
Mix, knead, Leave 30 minute,
Push into shape, leave 10 minutes whilst preping ingredients.

That is about my recipe too except i leave out the sugar and add a little wheat gluten.

I realized I could do some googling...found out basically the same thing. SWMBO and I are making pizza tonight while we plan a little getaway.
