The recipe thread is closed, so I figured I'd ask here.
1. How long do you age in the bottle? Mine is around 9.5% AA so I figure I'd need a LONG conditioning period? Should I expect it to be ready for fall of 2010?
2. Do you carbonate apfelwein (typically)? I doubt it would matter if you plan on using it as a grog, but I'm just curious.
3. What kind of bottles do you store it in?
