setting up new keg kit

got my 3 reconditioned kegs from Keg Connection. I plan to clean and sanitize them thoroughly, then hook up the lines and "carbonate" a batch of water to test the system before filling with beer.

How much Oxyclean should I use per 5 gallon keg? I plan to let it sit for the day as there is a lot of oily residue in the kegs

Do I need to disassemble the keg posts at all, or just clean the inside surfaces?

Do I need to sanitize the CO2-side (hoses, manifold, connector) since it is new equipment can I leave it alone?

yes dissasemble and clean 24 hours in hot oxy solution and no there is no reason to sanitize gas side

which way do these keg posts turn? I've got a 13/16" open-end wrench on pin-lock keg posts. Lefty-loosey or righty-loosey?
