G'day

Just entering the sunny season down here in Australia :ban: , and the mind turns to thoughts of sitting on the deck in early evening sun, enjoying a few cold brews. With the vast majority of people on here now leaving summer, do any of you have suggestions as to a decent extract +/- partial mash recipe that you really enjoyed over your summer period. The one that you really must brew again for next summer?

Spread the love, I'll be sure to save one for you when you come down under.

Kind regards,

Roo.

That is identical to the AHS Wit that I am enjoying on tap right now (wonder where you got it :D). It is still 75 in Austin, so summer beers are great all the time here.

I enjoy it thoroughly.

Kolsch! there's many good recipes in the recipe database on this site.

kolsch is a nice, crisp, lower ABV ale that's almost lager-like.
gotta have real kolsch yeast though...otherwise its a blonde ale (which is still tastee!)

I have a blonde waiting... if i wasn't brewing an Irish red right now, i would be brewing the blonde... literally, i am about to sparge!
