What y'all think? I'll be making the starter tomorrow.
 
I would back down on the specialty malts considerably (as it stands now only about 60% of your grist is basemalt). Drop either the biscuit or the victory (it will be toasty enough with a pound of either), lower the debittered black (with the candi syrup and special B, you probably just need an ounce or two to boost the color), drop the honey malt (the golden naked oats will give you enough light sweetness), I’d also drop the unmalted wheat (I doubt you will have head retention issues). Just replace whatever you remove with more basemalt. Other than that the hops/yeast sound good, good luck brewing.
