And man I must say, Wow! This was my first beer that blew me away. My other beers have been so so, but this one I'm truly proud of making. To boot, I didn't tried the sample until right now at 9:35 am and it still taste good. Even my brother and GF, who looked a bit freaked to be trying beer at 9, took a swing and had a big grin come across their face. 
Yay for all grain and yay for good beer.
