Canada, eh!
Has anyone ever (thought of, or...) tried mixing two strains of yeast (Wyeast liquid) in a batch?

I have some that are getting dated so was thinking I might try a 'specialty' beer with a couple. Of course, I wouldn't use ones that might counter, like one that promotes esters and one that promotes phenols...

I've been thinking about doing this with 1056 and 1272. I like how clean and attenuative 1056 is, but I HATE how it's such a low flocculator. I was thinking that blending the two would help a lot with clearing the beer. Me and yeast bite are mortal enemies.
