Try getting a coat hanger and slightly bend it about 2 inches at a 90 degree angle. On the very end of the "bend" get plyers and make it like a hook. Put down the center of the stopper and try to pull it out.

drillit with a hole saw, unless the beer is stilli there,then i'd use dynamyte ot c4
