Any Oklahoma brewers, young and old, in or around the central Oklahoma area need to check out the brew shop in Moore called Learn to Brew. The proprietor, Chris, has brewed professionally and offers regular classes. I've been to his beginners class, all-grain class, and sensory analysis class. Not only do you learn a great deal about beer, but you get to network with other brewers. I've already signed up for another sensory analysis class and an upcoming recipe formulation class. He even has class for you wine makers. I wouldn't recommed it if I didn't think it was worth the time. Check it out!!:fro:
