Monday December 10th New Belgium Beer Dinner.

This will be our first Beer Dinner at Papago Brewing. We will have special guests Lauren and Eric Salazar straight from the Mothership in Ft. Collins Colorado. Lauren and Eric are the Wood Barrel Project Team at New Belgium. They oversee production on La Folie, Eric’s Ale and Le Terror. Lauren is one of the top sensory specialists in the industry today and Eric is a New Belgium Brewer, Cellar Operator and one of the Original Co-op owners.
