Who ferments in a 15g Sanke?

I know a few of you do and I have an extra sanke just hanging out. I was thinking of going to 10g batches for a couple of beers and using the keg to ferment. Did any of you convert the keg or just remove the stem to fill? Just curious... got pics?
 
#11 Stopper and airlock. 3 scoops oxyclean and hot water to clean. Non-breakable, handles, plenty of headspace. :rockin:
