My cider started bubbling Monday and today(Friday), it almost not bubbling anymore. I have not checked gravity so I'm not sure if I have a stuck fermentation but is it possible it already went through all the sugar ... gravity before fermentation was: 1.044

Ive never seen a cider bubble so fast and with such strength that with the S-04 ... is it a super yeast ?

Thanks

Yepp, Ive made a few batches of Cider over the years usually with whatever yeast is to hand and they usually ferment out in 3 or 4 days (all yeast types).

the rest of the 2 or 3 weeks I leave in the fermenter they are just clearing up, maybe a "plop" from the airlock ever few minutes.

I don't make cider but when I use it for beer, it ferments out pretty fast for me.
