So I have 1.5 oz of Saaz, 1.5 oz of Tettnang and 1 oz of Cascade. They are all pellets. I would like to find a way to use all of these to make a really tasty pale ale or something like it. This would only be my 4th beer so any help is appreciated.

Extract or all grain? Combining these is somewhat unconventional but you can do it. I would probably make a pale ale and bitter with the tettnang (60 mins), then flavor with the Saaz (5 mins), and aroma with the cascade (1 minute). For extract I would use 8 lbs of LME and a pound or so of crystal malt. For all grain I would use 10-12 lbs of base malt and around a pound of crystal. You could also add some Victory if you wanted.

Try steeping 12 oz crystal 15 with 6 oz Victory or Bisquit. Then add the 8 lbs LME and follow the hop schedule as stated above.
