I have been brewing for quite sometime, and some time ago became very distant from bottling. Just recently because of limited fridge space available, I started to bottle off my kegs. I have a Blickman bottling gun, I've never had problems with keg to bottle to fridge. But I am concerned with keg to bottle to room tempture. Should I be worried about lost carbonation ?

Where will the carbonation go? If you are capping correctly you won't notice any difference at all once you chill the bottles again.
Sorry, if I came off glib, wasn't the intent. Your not the only ones with 'babies' in the fridge or in a box somewhere!
