I had Triumph Brewing's Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Stout a while back and really enjoyed it. I'd like to brew something similar but I'm not sure where to start. Any ideas? TIA

Here is a well circulated oatmeal raisin amber recipe. I assume using this spicing with an oatmeal stout recipe may get you what you are looking for.

I know this is a very old post, but how did this turn out for you. I was planing a stout for my next brew day, Someone up around Asheville, NC. does one that is a perfect breakfast beer. That's kind of what I want. somthing to go with pancakes before a bike ride out camping in the smokies.
