Hey there

Brewing this today with the following

~6 gal.

9# 2-row
6# pilsner
1# table sugar (candi)
.6 oz saaz 60 min
.6 oz saaz 25 min
1.2 oz saaz 5 min
WLP 500

75 min @150

OG = 1.08 (predicted)
est. ABV = 9.2%

My question is, at what temperature should I ferment this using WLP500?
