Forgot to add brewing salts to mash water until 10 minutes in.

Run to the HBS and get new grains? Or am I fine. I'm brewing with RO water, and a grist that's 95% 2row and 5% rice.
 
Most people don't worry about water chemistry at all and they still make good beer. I don't measure the mash pH until 15 minutes in, so 10 minutes should be fine.
