floaters in finished wine

I stabilized my second 4 gallon batch of yooperbrews welches wine recipe a couple of minutes ago and afterwards I pulled out the one bottle of the last batch I saved for myself, its 4 months old. I held it up to the light to inspect it and there were tons of floaters! WTF ! I'm thinking I must have introduced some lees into the bottling bucket? Any thoughts so I dont make the same mistake 3 days from now? (I used synthetic corks so it couldnt be a deteriorating cork issue)
