Just put this in and didn't have time to lager this winter.
5.5 lb 2-Row Pale Malt
4.0 lb. Wheat Malt
4.0 lbs. Munich Malt (20 L)
1.5 lbs. Crystal Malt (60 L)
1.0 oz. Curacao orange peel (bitter orange peel)
0.25 oz. Ginger root (freshly grated)
0.5 tsp. Cinnamon (powdered)


9.5 AAU East Kent Goldings hops (60 mins) (1.9 oz./53 g of 5% alpha acid)
4 AAU Tettnanger hops (2 mins) (1 oz./28 g of 4 alpha acid)
4 AAU Hallertauer Hersbrucker hops (2 mins) (1 oz./28 g of 4% alpha acid)
1 tsp. Irish Moss

2 Step Mash Profile.
Protien Rest at 122 for 15 Minutes
Then raise temp to 154 for 60 Minutes
 
This beer was really good! I need to brew it again this year but seem to get pulled away from it since all I hear id brew more Oktoberfest.
