Ignore the top (bolded) section above - I don't know how to get rid of it. The recipe part is correct.

I have made changes since I first posted this recipe, and it is now the best pale ale in the known universe in my opinion. I'm on batch #3 as of tonight.

It is similar to SNPA, but not so rough around the edges. It's smooth as can be with a nice citrus hit and pleasant refreshing bitter finish that lingers just long enough. This is a huge hit every time I brew it - 5 gallons doesn't last through poker night.
