My local shop gave me the ingredients for this recipe as I wanted something close to Bass ale.

Royal Brown Ale
1lb Crystal grains
2qts Pale Liquid Malt
.5lb brown sugar
1.5oz Fuggles (whole flower) bittering
.5oz Kent (pellet)
1tsp Irish Moss
1 pack of Nottingham Ale Yeast

It has been fermenting for about 3 days between 68-72F and has had alot of activity. A friend told me he thinks this recipe will be more like Newcastle, which I am not a big fan of. Does that sound right to ya'll? Thanks for any input!
