In the the middle of my boil for an American amber styled somewhat after bell's amber. So good so far.

8# 2-row
1# Munich
12 oz 40L
10 oz 80L

.5 oz amarillo , .5oz willamette at 60, 30, 15, and flameout.

The bells recipe calls for cascade and fuggles , but I'm a little burnt out on cascade. Amarillo and willamette sounded more up my alley.

Oh wyeast 1056, too.

Let us know how it is....if you like it add the recipe to the recipe section. Cheers.
