This yeast absolutely took off within 12 hours!! Ferm chamber was set to 70 +/-5F, the Carboy temp strip read 74-76 at 12 hours when this pic was taken. Busy little guys!!!

Last year I did a hefe at the same temperature, and the yeast absolutely ripped through the beer. Had a surprisingly nice profile, as well.
 
It smells like banana bread in there! Can't wait to taste this one! From what I gather it could be ready to keg in as little as 10 days and ready to drink just a few days later!
