ok guys, today I'll be brewing a sweet stout, but this time I want more beer than my equipment would let me get... so I decided to make a very strong wort and then dilute it with some water just before I pitch the yeast....
I thought of doing everything as usual and add some liquid malt extract to the boil to increase the OG.
is this ok?
I have 2 lbs of extract - what yield should I expect in terms of gravity points if I add it to 25 liters of boiling wort?
thanks
