My beers are brilliantly clear at cellar temps, but cloudy if I put it them the fridge. What causes this? I know it doesn't effect the flavor, but I'm a perfectionist, and it's going to piss me off until I fix it.:D

The way to fix it is to leave them in the fridge for a week or two. Proteins coagulate at fridge temperatures and just take a little time to precipitate out.

Alot of things contribute to chill haze. Number one in my opinion is not getting a good cold break. For me, getting the wort chilled down quickly has cleared up my end products. As the Captain said above, time in the fridge will usually help the situation.
